Shehera Barnes is an ascension teacher and spiritual guide and runs ongoing inner transformational programs, events, and international retreats to support men and women in awakening to their full potential through the healing center she founded, Anahata Holistic Healing.  

As a transformational coach, energy and sound healer, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation teacher, Shehera uses a heart-centered integrative approach combining the mystical arts, nature’s intelligence and sacred ancient wisdoms to help her clients achieve health, inner peace and abundance.   

She has devoted her life to service, prayer and to bringing awareness to the untapped energy and spiritual powers that lie dormant within each person. She is humbly of service in each step of the healing journey.
