We provide seating at a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to bring anything you’d need to be the most comfortable whether that be mats, cushions, eye covers, extra pillows, or a journal.
As always, event details will always be emailed and listed if there is anything specific to bring. Each event is different so be mindful of what you’re attending and plan accordingly.

The beauty of taking class virtually is being able to get comfy in your own way. We suggest using headphones, finding a quiet space and having some water nearby.

Monthly memberships renew automatically each billing cycle and can be canceled before your next renewal.
Annual memberships are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.
