WE DID IT - We're hitched! On 11.13.23, J's birthday eve, we went to get our marriage certificate and ended up tying the knot right there and then. It was spontaneous, just like us.
But hold your horses, the party ain't over! The main event is still on for 12.31.23. We're gearing up for our NYE Desert Disco Cowboy Bash. It's going to be a night of glitter, gold dust, and groovy vibes with all our beloved friends and soul family.
So, dust off your dancing boots and get ready to sparkle as we eat, drink, and ring in a brand new year in a whirl of laughter and funky moves. It's love, it's life, it's us—dancing into the future with you by our side.

I, the undersigned participant, wish to participate in the above-mentioned event. I acknowledge that participating in [Event Name] poses inherent risks and potential hazards, which I fully understand. These risks may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and other losses which may result from accidents, physical exertion, contact with other participants, effects of weather, conditions of the premises, and other unforeseen risks.
Assumption of Risk:
I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in the event, both known and unknown, even those risks that may arise from the negligence of the event hosts, sponsors, participants, or others, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.
Waiver and Release of Liability:
In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the event, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Justin Ballatore and Jami Avery, the event hosts, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, organizers, and any other representatives, and Bubbling Wells Ranch, the property owners, from any and all claims for damages, injuries, losses, liabilities and expenses that I may have or which may subsequently accrue to me, relating to, resulting from or arising out of my use of or presence upon the facilities of the event, including any injury or damage to my person or property, or to that of any other person or property.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the entities or individuals mentioned above from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.
Medical Release:
In the event of an injury to me during the event, I grant permission for the event organizers and their authorized agents to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of such treatment. I agree to allow my name, photos, or likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
Acknowledgment of Understanding:
I have read this waiver and release of liability form, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
